At Xmo Strata we are accredited to the DNV International Contractors Safety Rating System and believe we offer the best training in the sign industry. You will be working on some of the best known Blue Chip brands in the world, high standards of health, safety and dedication are a pre-requisite, as is attention to detail.
Each year, we take all employees off the road to participate in Health, Safety & Wellbeing days. In 2023, we gave our employees 38 value cards and asked for their opinion on what they think our company values are. The values that they said represented Xmo Strata best were TRUST, TEAMWORK, COMPETENCE, STRUCTURE and QUALITY. Loyalty and Recognition were also rated highly – that’s why around 40% of our employees have been with us for more than 10 years!
