Please see below a self explanatory letter from ExxonMobil.
We are pleased to see that after our significant campaign and incentive scheme run last year, that we are continuing to see near misses and potential incidents reported and that the quality of the reports is very high.
We encourage you to continue to report all potential incident and near misses and as you will know from the copies you receive, each report is investigated, and where we cannot deal with the problem ourselves, the report is issued to the client for further investigation.
