Falls From Height

Please see links below to two self explanatory safety alerts from Esso.
Both of these incidents occurred when a worker fell from height, and in both cases the person was saved by their fall arrest harness.
We often hear how uncomfortable and cumbersome wearing a harness is, and I am sure that the two people featured in these articles made very similar complaints in the past, but the harnesses saved their lives, and I doubt they will be complaining about them in the future. Remember, one day your harness could save your life!
