These highlight the need to always read and follow the JSA / method statement. Any changes required for the specific site should be considered as part of the LMRA and documented (with appropriate control measures).
If you find the documented method in the JSA / method statement is unworkable or has steps missing, tell your Supervisor and send a note detailing the problem to the office (you get 10 points towards the 2009Hearts and Minds award for every written suggestion).
