Getting The Job Done

This shows how dangers can arise on-site by people not thinking though their actions and just “getting the job done”. Any deviation from the SMS/JSA/JHA must be considered and documented on your clearance certificate. This is not just true at the start of the job when you arrive on-site - if anything changes during the day, or you find something is not as you expected, carry out a LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessment) and document the change(s) on your clearance certificate.
If you feel you are being pressured to cut corners in order to get the job finished, please contact your supervisor.
