Electrical Contractor Fatality

At the Xmo Strata safety awareness day on 12th December 2008, Ian Kidger, Safety Advisor for Esso UK and Ireland, kindly advised us of a fatality relating to an electrical contractor in Egypt, along with the sequence of events that occurred.
This bulletin will be reinforced by a discussion and toolbox talk delivered by your supervisor.
